Chikmagalur Catholic Club

Welcome to the Chikmagalur Catholic Club, a vibrant community space founded in 1994 by a group of visionary Catholics from Chikmagalur. The Club was created to nurture the social, cultural, religious, and physical well-being of its members, while also opening its doors to recreation and fellowship for the wider community.

Set amidst the breathtaking beauty of Chikmagalur—one of India’s most loved holiday destinations—the Club offers a perfect getaway for members, their families, and affiliated club guests.

Spread across 3.5 acres of lush land at Undedasarahalli, just 1 km from the Chikmagalur bus stand, the Club is designed to blend leisure with culture.

Our spacious Club House features everything you need for relaxation and celebration: a Café Bar, Dining Hall, Kitchen, Courtyard, Lawn with a Dance Floor, Royal Suite Rooms, Standard Double Rooms, Indoor Sports Area, and a Multi-purpose Hall ideal for all kinds of events.

The Caffeine Bar is an attraction to a lot of guests. It has a wide collection of wines as well as a large selection of Indian and Imported liquor.

The Caffeine bar is well furnished and has the capacity for over 60 people, with LCD T.V and Background Music.

Umbrella Bar is a perfect place to have a drink and dine outdoors after a long days work. Grab yourself a drink and hang out with friends while you enjoy the beautiful weather and greenery.

Chikmagalur is a good choice for tourism and has got enough destinations for sight-seeing. One for the breath taking view and the other will be a good mountain driving experience through the dense forest reserve. 

Mullayangiri

Mullayanagiri, the highest peak in Karnataka, stands tall at 1,930 meters (6,330 feet) in the Chikmagalur district, nestled in the scenic Western Ghats. Known for its breathtaking views, cool climate, and lush green surroundings, it is a favorite destination for trekkers, nature lovers, and adventure seekers.

Inam Datta Pitta

Inam Dattatreya Peetha is a sacred and historically significant site located in the Baba Budangiri Hills near Chikmagalur, Karnataka. It is revered by both Hindus and Muslims, symbolizing communal harmony and spiritual unity. The shrine is believed to be the resting place of Sufi saint Baba Budan, who is also credited with bringing coffee to India from Yemen in the 17th century.

Kemangundi

Kemmanagundi, also spelled Kemmangundi, is a serene hill station located in the Chikmagalur district of Karnataka, nestled in the Baba Budan Giri range of the Western Ghats. Sitting at an altitude of about 1,434 meters (4,705 feet), it was once the summer retreat of the Wodeyar kings of Mysore, who were drawn to its cool climate and lush landscape.

Hebbe Falls

Hebbe Falls is a spectacular waterfall located near Kemmanagundi in the Chikmagalur district of Karnataka. Cascading from a height of about 551 feet (168 meters) in two stages known as Dodda Hebbe (Big Falls) and Chikka Hebbe (Small Falls) this majestic waterfall is surrounded by dense forests, coffee estates, and lush greenery.

Bhadra wild life sanctuary

Bhadra Wildlife Sanctuary is a rich and diverse protected area located in the Western Ghats of Karnataka, primarily in the Chikmagalur and Shivamogga districts. Spanning over 490 square kilometers, the sanctuary is part of the Bhadra Tiger Reserve and is known for its dense forests, scenic hills, and the serene Bhadra River that flows through it
